The chlorotrimethylsilane is mainly used as an intermediate in the production of silicone polymers and other products. Synthesis of cephalosporin I and cephalosporin V in pharmaceutical production. This product can be used for the production of a variety of organosilicon compounds, is the production of hexamethyldisilazane (amine) and the main raw material hexamethyldisiloxane. This product can be prepared alkylating agent, also can be used as a group protection agent in pharmaceutical and chemical production.
