Application：
Hexamethyldisilazane can be used in special organic synthesis. It is used in the synthesis of Amikacin, penicillin, cephalosporin, fluorouracil and various penicillin derivatives. It can also be used for surface treatment of powder such as diatomite, silica, titanium, etc. . Binders used as photoetching agents in the semiconductor industry. In organosilazane chemistry, Polysilazane can be obtained by chlorine exchange with chlorosilane monomer.
